THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU [the “User”]
AND ORLIKOFF REINERTSEN BOARDWORKS, LLC ("COMPANY").
CAREFULLY READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR
TO THE USE, DOWNLOADING, AND/OR OPENING OF THE DVD PRODUCT AND
INFORMATIONAL STUDY PACKAGE AND MATERIALS. BY PURCHASING AND OPENING
AND/OR DOWNLOADING THE DVD PRODUCT AND/OR INFORMATIONAL STUDY PACKAGE
AND MATERIALS AND ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE
OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
PLEASE RETURN THE UNOPENED PACKAGE OF MATERIALS AND ACCOMPANYING
DOCUMENTATION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRICE, AND/OR IMMEDIATELY
EXIT THIS ELECTRONIC APPLICATION AND TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION WITH
REGARD TO DOWNLOADING THE PRODUCT AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS.
1. Grant of Limited License: This Limited License Agreement ("Agreement")
grants you the nonexclusive use of the DVD series and study guide
material ("Product") you are purchasing and downloading.
The Product is personal to you the user. You may not reproduce,
copy, transmit or distribute the Product in any form or by any
means, electronic or mechanical, without permission. Any unauthorized
exhibition, copying, distribution, or other use is strictly prohibited.
2. Title & Copyright: This limited license is NOT a sale.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and
to the Product and any accompanying documentation and any copy
made by you remain with Company. The Product is protected by United
States and international copyright laws and international treaty
provisions. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any notice of patent,
copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights.
3. Limitation: THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL,
AND ACCORDINGLY, COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATIONS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF INCOME, USE, OR INFORMATION.
4. Term: This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement
and your rights to use the Product terminate automatically if you
violate any part of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination
to destroy the Product together with all copies and associated
documentation.
5. Governing Law: If you acquire the Product in the United States,
this Product Limited License Agreement is governed by the laws
of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement
between you and ORLIKOFF REINERTSEN BOARDWORKS, LLC and supersedes
any prior written or oral Agreement concerning the contents of
the Product. By accepting, purchasing and downloading the Product,
and by becoming a member and user www.ORBoardworks.com you specifically
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
7. Privacy Policy: We collect information about you solely through
the forms you submit on our site when registering as a user or
making a purchase. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer
to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This
does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating
our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long
as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
